Organizations in charge of booths are responsible for all booth set-ups (materials, labor, etc.) as well as for the breakdown and removal of the booth. BOOfest will be held on October 29 beginning at 5:00 PM. All booths must be set up and ready for use by this time. I also understand by typing my name it releases the City of Morristown, Parks and Recreation and persons involved from all liability for any injury that may occur during this event.
