The City of Morristown accepts applications for the Façade Grant Program for the Crossroads Downtown Area and the South Cumberland Radio Center area. 

Second-round Façade Improvement Grant applications are now being accepted for appropriate exterior repair to buildings located within a specified, expanded area of  Morristown that includes the downtown/Main St, Radio Center , and Buffalo Trail areas. Second-round applications are due by November 17, 2017. The Façade Improvement Grant is a reimbursement program and requires that the building owner or tenant contribute a minimum of 50% of the total cost of the project.  The Façade Improvement Grant program is a competitive selection process and all applications are subject to approval. Approval of applications will be considered based on strength of proposals and readiness to begin work. Grant reimbursement will occur upon successful completion of the project. This program is funded on an annual basis through revitalization funds received by the City of Morristown from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. All proposed work must be able to be completed no later than April 14, 2017.
