CITY OF MORRISTOWN – POLICE OFFICER: The City of Morristown will be accepting applications for the position of police officer with the Morristown Police Department.  QUALIFICATIONS: Be at least 21 years of age as of November 1, 2018; graduation from an accredited high school or successful completion of the GED Test; be a citizen of the U.S.; be in good physical health; possess a valid driver’s license; never have received a dishonorable or bad conduct discharge from any branch of the military.  Testing will begin in November 2018.  Applicants will be subject to a background check.  Applications can be obtained from the Human Resource office at the MorristownCityCenter (2nd floor) or through the link below.  Application deadline is 5:00 PM, October 29, 2018.  It is the policy of the City of Morristown not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ages, sex or disability in its hiring and employment practices.
