Robert B. Neill is the IT Director for the City of Morristown. He is a Morristown native and was hired at the city in January 2000, he has been the IT Director since 2004. Robert has a B.A. from the University of South in Tampa, Florida, and an M.A. in Organizational Management from Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee. Robert worked at The Berkline Corporation and TRW (in Rogersville, Tennessee) before accepting this position at the city.

Robert was the organizer and co-ordinator, along with the Lakeway IT Alliance, for the Annual IT summit held at the City of Morristown in May 2005. He is the co-founder of the Lakeway Information Technology Alliance, and is on the Computer Science Advisory Board for Walters State Community College, and the Business Advisory Board for Carson Newman College.

Robert is married to Elizabeth Ayers Neill, has one son named Jackson and lives in Morristown where he enjoys participating in many community activities.
