The position of Property Officer was established in early 1995. Currently, Corporal Kenneth Hinkle assumes the responsibility in the management and dispursement of all property, which is controlled and necessary to the operation of the Morristown Police Department. Corporal Hinkle also has the responsibility for keeping up with the budget amounts and account numbers related to the Morristown Police Department while he maintains other daily responsibilities in the Support Services Unit.
