Media Release:  Morristown Man Charged with Rape and Practicing Medicine without a License

A 44-year old Mexican National living in Morristown was arrested on September 8, 2018 following an investigation into rape allegations spanning from August 20 – 25, 2018.  Pascual Nucamendi was arrested at his residence on North Liberty Hill Road in Morristown. 

The suspect is known in the Hispanic community as a massage therapist who works from his home.  Performing this type of service requires a license; however, Nucamendi does not possess one.  Victims reported they had been inappropriately touched by Nucamendi while there for treatment.  He has been charged with three counts rape and three counts practicing medicine without a license.  His bond is set at $170,000.00 and he remains in the Hamblen County Jail.
