How long will it take staff to review my site plan?
Our staff reviews site plans on a Wednesday to Wednesday timeline. If your site plan is submitted before the close of business on a Wednesday, comments will generally be available by the following Thursday. However, due to varying workload, the review process may occasionally take longer.
How will I know my site plan has been reviewed?
After staff has completed your review, your shepherd will notify you regarding the status of your project and provide a complete report of any items that need to be corrected. Once you have received this memo, staff will await your resubmission and provide additional reviews as necessary.
To whom do I submit development plans and documents?
You should send all development plans and documents including 3 hard copies of plans, 1 set of all stormwater documents, PDFs of all documents and a drawing file (DWG) or shapefile (SHP) to our Development Services Assistant, Kat Morilak. Ms. Morilak may be reached at (423) 585-1830.
