Anonymous Tips Website
Welcome to the Morristown Police Department's on-line tip website. If this is an EMERGENCY or the crime you wish to report is in progress call "911". If you want to advise the Police Department of criminal activity and want to remain anonymous all you have to do is fill out the form below and it will be sent directly to the Morristown Police Department. Crime prevention can not be achieved by the police alone. Professional law enforcement officers must work hand-in-hand with the public to fight crime throughout our communities. So, we depend heavily on your assistance in reporting crimes to the police. You may also leave anonymous information on our anonymous tips hotline at (423)585-1833.
Information submitted on this site is reviewed during normal business hours. A tip left after 5 p.m. will not be reviewed until the following business day. If you need immediate assistance, call 911 or the non-emergency phone number to Hamblen County Dispatch at 423-585-2701. Submitting a tip does not generate a police report. If you need to file a police report, you may contact Hamblen County Dispatch 24 hours/day, 7 days/week at 423-585-2701 or you may file the report in person at the Morristown Police Department during normal business hours, Monday - Friday.
