Larry Clark Named as Assistant City Administrator for Administrative Services

            The City of Morristown is pleased to announce the promotion of Larry Clark. Larry has served the City since 2010 as the Administrative Services Director and stepping up to Assistant City Administrator reflects the additional responsibility he has taken on since his arrival.

       Larry’s leadership has been a major part of increasing the City’s financial strength in recent years. He has also helped modernize our information technology network and is guiding the implementation of the GIS mapping system. Every area under Larry’s direction has seen continuous improvement.

            Buddy Fielder, Assistant City Administrator for Development Services, will continue to serve the City in that capacity. With the coordinated efforts of Larry and Buddy, we will facilitate project management and coordinate operations to assure that Citizens receive the highest quality service from the City of Morristown.
